This red lentil soup is so full of flavor & so delicious, yet so easy to make. How can something this easy taste so good?

INGREDIENTS
 1 ONION diced
 2 cups RED LENTILS
 6 cups Oil-free VEGGIE BROTH
 1 tbsp Veggie BOUILLON
 1 tbsp CURRY POWDER
 1 tbsp CUMIN POWDER
 1 tsp FENUGREEK
 1 tsp GARAM MASALA
 1 tsp CORRIANDER POWDER
 SALT & PEPPER to taste
 CILANTRO for garnish
DIRECTIONS

Sauté the onions in a dry pot until they stick, then add a splash of veggie broth & continue sautéing until almost caramelized.

Once onions are sautéed, add the red lentils & stir to coat.

Add veggie broth, bouillon, & all spices & stir to combine.

Cover & let cook on medium boil for roughly 30 minutes until lentils are done. Be sure to stir a few times during that 30 min so nothing sticks to the bottom.

Serve with cilantro garnish. Try adding slices of avocado & a drizzle of either apple cider vinegar or balsamic cream.
