Is it true you can use 3 Ingredients & get an amazing cookie? Yes. These cookies are amazing, especially warm out of the oven! AND NO OIL.. yes really no oil. And if prefer sugar-free & you don’t want chocolate, then add raisins, dates, or cranberries. This is the easiest & fastest recipe on earth. In 20 minutes you have a bite of one of these delicious cookies. Be sure to try these because once you do they will be a part of your weekly routine! OMG, delicious! OMG, guilt-free too! Enjoy.

Vegan 3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookie | Oil-free
INGREDIENTS
 1 ½ cups Whole OATS (Grind 1 cup into flour & keep the other 1/2 cup as whole oats)
 2 Ripe BANANAS
 ½ cup CHOCOLATE CHIPS (use raisins or cranberries or other dried fruit if preferred)
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F

On a plate smash 2 bananas until very wet and well blended

In a bowl, add all ingredients: oat flour and whole oats, mashed banana mixture, and chocolate chips.

Stir with a spatula till well combined like cookie dough.

Spoon and shape into flat discs. Be sure to get them how you want as they will not spread or change shape during cooking.

Bake 15 minutes. Take out and enjoy warm!
