This miso ginger sauce is really to die for! Filled with healthy ingredients but the taste makes you wonder how this sauce can be good for you & taste this delicious. Ginger, Aminos, Miso, Rice Vinegar & Maple Syrup .. WOW, it doesn’t get any better than this! This miso ginger sauce is so delicious over veggie bowls but also you must try it on this tofu recipe here because it makes eating tofu out of this world. If you are not crazy about tofu please try this recipe!
Slice tofu block into desired sized squares.
Add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl & using a whisk stir until well-blended.
Take your tofu squares and one by one dunk them in sauce and line them up on a plate.
Put flour or cornstarch into a sifter and dust one side of the tofu, then turn over and dust the other side.
Place in an air-fryer or on a baking sheet.
Cook 400 F for 15 on one side; then flip them over and cook for another 8 minutes or so. I actually turned them over one more time and cooked another 2 minutes to get them a bit crispier.
Now dip the cooked tofu squares for the last time into the miso sauce to intensify the miso ginger flavor. The step is KEY trust me!
