Preheat oven to 400F
Blend 40% of the whole oats into oat flour & put in a mixing bowl & set aside.
Add soy milk and 2 bananas to the blender & blend to make banana milk. Set aside
Chop the other 2 bananas in chunks & add to the bowl of oats. Now add the rest of the fruit to the bowl & give it a stir.
Add walnuts if using, cinnamon & clove powder, Chia seeds & baking powder & stir to mix together.
Now add the banana milk you blended together & lastly add the juice of one orange.
Mix it all together.. it will be like a chunky batter, but it will bake firm.
Decorated the top with berries or coconut flakes or both if you desire it to look beautiful.
Bake 400F for 40 minutes. If you don’t want a crust on the top then cover it with foil after 20 minutes of baking.
Remove from oven & ENJOY! It is super delicious and can be eaten any time of a day as a great meal. Healthy and satiating!
