Cauliflower Steaks In Lemon White Wine Sauce

This delicious vegan cauliflower steak recipe, with a zesty lemon sauce, is a great way to enjoy veggies for dinner! This recipe is healthy, anti-inflammatory, and full of flavors. It will definitely satisfy your cravings. These oven-roasted cauliflower steaks are easy to make & will impress your guests when you make this for your special dinner. Cauliflower is in the cruciferous vegetable family, which is known as a big anti-cancer veggie. Add the herbs & it becomes even more potent of healing meal. It is also super high in Vitamin C and high in antioxidants, so not only can you eat a delicious meal but you can improve your health while doing that. 

Cauliflower Steaks In Lemon White Wine Sauce
INGREDIENTS
 23 Steak like slices from I head of CAULIFLOWER
 Slices of a LEMON
 3 Cloves of fresh chopped GARLIC
 Splash of WHITE WINE
 1 tbsp PAPRIKA
 1 tbsp THYME
 1 tbsp OREGANO
 SALT to taste
DIRECTIONS

Cut your cauliflower steaks. Make sure each steak will have a piece of the stem. Lay them out on a plate.

Sauté chopped garlic with a splash of veggie broth in a pan for a few minutes.

Pour veggie broth over the stench and add the spices to one side of the steaks & place in the hot grill pan.

Add a squeeze of lemon and a splash of white wine.

Be patient & let them cook on this side until brown marks form.

Now spoon some veggie broth on the top side other side & then season the herbs and spices.

Now when browned flip them over & let them brown on this side.

Once browned on the last side, cover with foil and put in the oven at 400 F for about 30 minutes.

Take out; plate & enjoy!
