Cashew Miso Maple Butter

OMG, this cashew miso maple butter is a killer! Honestly, it’s so good that you can’t believe something this good can be so healthy! It is easy to make & very versatile because you can put it on muffins, cakes, cookies, toast or just eat it from the jar on a spoon! LOL… Enjoy!

Cashew Miso Maple Butter
INGREDIENTS
 1 ½ cups CASHEWS
 ¼ cup Vegan YOGURT (add more if needed)
 1 tbsp MISO PASTE (I used sweet miso but white works also)
 LEMON JUICE from 1/2 of a lemon
 1 tbsp MAPLE SYRUP to taste
DIRECTIONS

Add to the blender: Cashews, yogurt, lemon juice, miso & maple syrup & blend till smooth and creamy! Make it as thick as you like. I like it thick.

Enjoy! This is so delicious just eating from the spoon or on a muffin or cookie or even on toast.. so yummy! You have to try it.
