Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower | Oil-free

This air-fryer roasted cauliflower is bursting with flavor. The warming spice combination is not only healing but truly delicious. Use this recipe as a side dish or a snack & even if you eat the entire head of the popcorn sized cauliflower flavor bombs, you will have only eaten 146 calories. The health benefits of vegetables in our diet are endless due to the high level of nutrition & fiber contained in them. Therefore filling up on vegetables like this roasted cauliflower is a natural way to improve your health & never worry about weight gain. And did we mention this air-fried cauliflower is oil-free? Yes, it is! So go ahead & eat until your heart is content. You won’t believe how easy it is to make such a delicious treat.

 

 

Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower | Oil-free
INGREDIENTS
 1 Head of CAULIFLOWER - chopped into small to medium sized pieces
 Coconut AMINOS - Enough to coat the cauliflower in the bowl.
 1 tsp CURRY POWDER
 1 tsp CUMIN POWDER
 1 tsp CORIANDER POWDER
 1 tsp SAZON POWDER
 ½ tsp GARLIC POWDER
 ½ tsp ONION POWDER
 Fresh CILANTRO for garnish
DIRECTIONS

Chop the head of cauliflower into small to medium pieces & add to a large bowl.

Add coconut aminos, until all pieces of cauliflower are coated. Stir to be sure all pieces are coated.

Add ALL of the spices & toss until cauliflower is well coated.

If using an air-fryer, line it with parchment paper & place 1/2 of the spice coated cauliflower pieces in the tray. (If using an oven line baking sheet with parchment paper & place all of the pieces on the tray in a single layer.

Bake at 400F for a total of 20 minutes. After 8 min turn cauliflower over or toss them around & bake an additional 8 min, then stir one last time and bake 5 more minutes till the edges are nicely browned with a little char on them. (You can also just bake for 10 min & stir and then 10 more.)
