I know the popular KETO diet is telling you that eating fats are healthy AND will help you lose weight actually. But don’t believe that for one second. OK, yes you can lose weight, but it comes at a very high health risk cost. You lose weight while you fill your arteries with plaque. Is that a healthy exchange and is it worth your life because that is what you are risking to fall into the trap of the KETO lies.
Yesterday when we were at the cardiologist office to get a paper signed we needed from our doctor, I asked him if he has seen a rise in heart attacks and strokes with the popularity of the KETO diet and he actually said YES!!!!!! He went on to tell me the Paleo diet is better.. he went on to say he won’t give up his meat so he eats paleo…. OMG it is so sad that a cardiologist can think that eating a high meat diet is even ok when he is pulling the plaque out of arteries every day. I just don’t get it.
My main message to you is to take the fat OUT of your diet for health. I will talk a lot more about this in my work from here until I die because I know this is something that is that important for you to understand since we are fed too many lies telling us a different story. You know I am the truth finder and want to share with you all the lies and the truths. “Fat is healthy” is one lie that is being backed by the meat and dairy industry. That is why KETO diet commercials are all over TV and you don’t see the morning shows with vegan diet advocates on there. The vegans don’t make BIG FOOD & BIG PHARMA any money!!!
Today’s blog is a podcast. Lloyd & I wanted to do an episode for the New Year 2020 and talk about how so many make big resolutions that they can’t keep for more than 2 weeks when really the best goal is something you can sustain. We suggest trying to pay attention to the fat you are eating. I promise in weeks to come I will teach you how to calculate how much fat is in the food you are eating, but for now, go listen to Lloyd & I tell you about our journey and why after we stopped our 2 years of eating only fruit we started feeling bad because we were trying to sustain a raw food diet but it ended up with too many fats in it. That is the place I get to every time I try to be a raw food eater. I never like how I feel so I realize for me the best diet is high fruit & salads in summer but in colder months I feel better on soups, cooked veggies, grains and starches like potatoes and squashes for our dinner meals. We all have to pay attention to how we feel and not just follow a diet. It is important to listen to your body. To me, low fat is so much more important in bringing good health compared to a 100% raw food diet with higher fat content.
