The other day I watched a video that stated how Joe Rogan interviewed a vegan on his podcast and was telling the guy he needed to quit that diet before it is too late. His guest only went on to say I do blood work every year and I have never been healthier. That shut him up and he moved on. But the week before he was bashing the movie Game Changers. Have you seen that movie? OMG if you have not you must.. AMAZING. You will see the true effects of a vegan diet for recovery, improving athletic performance or even our daily performance & to reverse disease. Truly a great documentary to show the benefits of a vegan diet.
