You will hear in my podcast announce that there were issues on my contact form on my new website and for logging in to view my course so while that is being fixed I am working a few changes. I’m really close to wrapping up my long-awaited course “To Supplement or Not to Supplement…Here Lies The Answer” ANDI will be relaunching it in a couple weeks. But before I do, I have to ask you what it is you want to be sure I answer in my supplement course so once again please take a couple minutes to answer the 2 questions here: http://bit.ly/2oqEeey
Now on to my blog….
I get asked so often to explain the biggest differences & benefits between a raw vegan and cooked vegan diet. Many people are confused because there are so many different opinions out there. Some experts say you should not eat raw root veggies, others say you should, some say an all raw diet is healthiest no matter what foods you select on your daily plate, while others say you should not eat fats others say this is unhealthy. How do we make any sense out of this?
First of all, I can tell you from my own experiences because I have been a vegan since I was a young girl, but also because over the years I have tried to go raw probably 5 times and always end up leaving it behind and going back to a very small amount of cooked food. You will learn why in the podcast.
The subject of raw vegan vs. cooked is not really one for me to say which is healthier it is more about are you a person that can commit to really doing a correct raw vegan diet. You will learn all about what the is in this episode.
