It is middle of September & many are talking about the flu season arriving soon. But the truth is there is no season for the flu anymore. I have seen people sick with respiratory & flu-like symptoms all year long. I know many of you are living in places where the temperature has changed drastically already. The cold nights are a wonderful reminder that can fall season is right around the corner. These quick temperature changes can challenge our immune systems & trigger bacterial & viral respiratory infections like ear aches, runny nose, sinus infections, coughs & which ultimately we learn was the flu.
I get asked all the time lots of questions about what to do or not do to prepare for flu season or what to do if we are one of the unfortunate beings that get the flu.
There are so many natural remedies to prevent, treat & help prophylactically when you want to avoid contamination when you can’t isolate yourself from your sick loved ones.
Nature’s Remedies are really a much better choice for all 3 of the above situations. Homeopathy is a must in treatment of flu, coughs, sinus & upper or lower respiratory symptoms. I really want you to learn how to use homeopathy because it is really a life saver in all life situations. And if you didn’t know in 1918 during the worst flu pandemic of human kind where we lost 50 million people or 1/5 of the worlds population to this nasty virus, it was homeopathy that shined & saved those that survived. The homeopaths recorded only a few deaths until they determined the 3 remedies that covered all of the symptoms. It is called a genus epidemics remedy meaning those 3 remedies cover the symptoms picture of all that have the illness. Once they had the Genus Epidemicus remedy list they were saved millions that year.
Sadly, during that Spanish Flu pandemic in 1918 the western medicine treatment was killing more people than it was saving. Many suspect that was because they were administering aspirin, which they learned after that aspirin forces the body into an often deadly pneumonia. This is always one of my main words of caution to you: NO ASPIRIN during any infection especially respiratory infections of any kind. First let me tell you about homeopathy in flus. Homeopathy has many famous flu remedies. Gelsemium, Arsenicum, Mercury, Bryonia, Phosphorus, Eupatorium-perf & even Arnica. You can only select a remedy based on your personal symptom picture trying to match it with the remedy picture.
Foods as MEDICINE
Next we must learn to use our foods, herbs & spices as our medicine during these illnesses. That includes herbal tinctures, teas or inhalations but also it includes strong medicinal juice recipes or wellness shots & even soups filled with healing spices & herbs that can be individualized depending on your symptoms. For example, if cold you can use warming spices like ginger & cinnamon and if hot you can use cooling spices like mint, cardamon, saffron or cilantro. If you are chilly you can use healing soup recipes & if you are sweating you can use cold smoothie or juice recipes that are filled with nature’s healing fruits, veggies, herbs & spices. When making a hot soup don’t forget to add your immune building healing mushroom powders like Cordyceps. These are powerful superfoods. You can use them in teas & if brave even smoothies but I prefer them in soups.

Next I want to mention minerals, oligotherapy minerals & Vitamin C & D.
I take big doses of Vit D & Vit C. For vitamin C I use Acerola cherry powder when I need a boost. This one is my favorite:
Also only when I am sick to I increase my Vitamin D intake. I can take up to 30,00o units a day if I feel really sick. I only do this until I am well or over the hump & then I stop & take a break from it for a bit. Here are a couple brands of Vitamin D I like & use myself:
Taking big doses of zinc is helpful for almost anyone. When sick taking dropper fulls of zinc every few hours is really helpful in stopping a flu. Zinc sulphate in ionic form with NO fillers is the one you need to take. The one I use is made by Good State.

Another mineral treatment is called Oligotherapy, which is like trace element therapy. Oligotherapy uses metals and metalloids, which are the good trace elements are bodies need. Oligotherapy is very helpful in cases of flu or respiratory infections both viral & bacterial. Two examples of remedies that are popular are Copper & Copper, Gold, Silver, which is one remedy.

Detox Baths & Essential Oils
Lastly I want to mention detox baths & essential oils. I like to sit in a nice hot bath especially if I feel chilled or freezing … I always put in my dead sea salts to detox out toxins; then I use specific essential oil remedies depending on my symptoms. If you have a high fever you may need a cool bath but if chilled then take it HOT. Either way be sure to add your essential oils. And speaking of essential oils here is a list of my favorite ones for any bacterial or viral infections or contamination. You can also use as prevention.

You can use essential oils in your bath, diluted into a carrier oil & rubbed onto your chest, feet, head, neck or under your nose so you inhale them. I like to use my diffuser & have the oils going into the air all day & night. Inhalation by using a diffuser is the most beneficial way to use essential oils for a flu. Sometimes I inhale them by putting a few drops into a pot not the stove & then put a towel over my head & breathe them in to open my lungs & sinuses. You can even put a few drops of oil on a washcloth and either have it cold or hot depending on if you have a fever and put it on your forehead or any body compress.
Oh yeah …one more thing..… I try to do saunas when I have a flu unless I have a big fever already because sweating also gets toxins out & can help spread up the recovery. But it can be exhausting so be wise. If you have a fever & feel exhausted don’t do them. As I mentioned above, a cooler bath with herbs, oils & salts would work better for you…. and of course coffee enemas.
Regarding PREVENTION I get asked 2 questions all the time. Here they are:
1. Is there any protocol treatment you recommend to prevent from getting the flu or any other respiratory illness?
Yes Yes Yes!!!!!! Of course there is.. LOL.
First of all you should buy 2 remedies: Oscillococcinum & Influenzinum 9c
You can buy Oscillococcinum at even drugs stores now or online. Keep it on hand because if you feel you are just getting your first symptoms you can dose immediately as per instructions at first sign of illness. It can even help during the flu. The last flu I got this ended up helping me more than any other remedy. So be sure to have it in stock and try it.
The next remedy to buy Influenzinum 9c. You can buy it here.
This remedy is the natural alternative to taking a flu shot. Here is how you take it.
- Put ONE or TWO pellets into a bottle of 4oz of good drinking water (I use distilled since it is pure).
- Next, label that bottle “FLU REMEDY” making sure no one in your house mistakes it for any ol’ bottle of water…. although it would only give them protection too! 🙂
- Hit the bottle on the palm of your hand 10x (this is called succession)
- Take one spoon a week for prevention during the height of flu season. For most that would be Oct or Nov thru March.
Don’t wait to get these 2 remedies. The key is to get them in advance & keep them in your wellness toolbox so you can be ready & armed when the flu hits.
2. Should I get the flu shot?
Ok, this we could speak about for days on end. In addition, I can’t tell you what to do. My job is to educate you so you can make a decision you feel comfortable with. Also remember my mom DIED from the flu shot. Yes she died. That led me to do massive amounts of research. I wanted answers & to know what happened. I learned about the corruption in this industry & all the lies they feed us. My mom had never had a flu shot before. One day she went to the pharmacy to fill a prescription & the pharmacist talked her into getting the flu shot. She did it without consulting my dad who is a doctor & neither of them ever had the flu shot before. Within 24 hours she was paralyzed, collapsed, on a respirator & 24 hours after that in a coma. The #1 side effect of a flu shot is a syndrome called Guillain-Barre Syndrome. It is horrible..they collapse because they become paralyzed. She died of complications of this syndrome which ruined her lungs from the paralysis. It was so sad & so horrible & no one in my family will ever get a flu shot or any other vaccine for that matter. But you have to choose what is right for you. Things have to make sense. To me it made no sense to put neuro toxins & other poisons into my body as a way of protection when I work so hard to detox.
Most people get the flu shot out of fear they will die from the flu, but I can tell you a few facts I have observed in my 25 year practice.
- The people in my practice who did get the flu shot always seemed to get the flu.
- The statistics on how effective it is are a lie. There are many people not making money from the flu shot that have figured out the real stats and it is less than 1% effective. Most of this information is forced off the internet though.
- The flu shot contains 25 mcg of THIMERISOL, which is mercury, which is a gigantic neurotoxin & a very dangerous one. It is one of the most dangerous ingredients in the flu shot, but there are many others in my opinion. Thimerisol/Mercury is killing the human race. Between the oil industry spewing into our air & oceans & the many vaccines we inject it into our children we wonder why we have so much Parkinson’s, autism & other neurological brain diseases or syndromes. I sure don’t wonder anymore. At this point in my understanding of health I am more surprised the body can live 60 years with what we do to it.
Did you know it had these ingredients in it also?
- Egg protein- Many flu vaccines are made by growing the viruses inside fertilized chicken eggs. … YUK!!!
- Preservatives- We stay away from these in our food but many are ok injecting them directly into their bodies… NOT ME!
- Stabilizers- No thank you.. if it is that unstable I won’t inject it in my body!
- Antibiotics- Avoid these like the plague since they are so damaging to our microbiome. We wonder why we have super bugs & sepsis deaths these days!
- Polysorbate 80- I would not use this in a beauty product topically & I refuse to use it by injection into my body!
- Formaldehyde- Yep that is right formaldehyde… NO WAY this is getting injected into me.
I can’t make your decisions regarding something so important. The main thing is to educate yourself & this is where I can help you. You have to learn to take charge of your own health decisions by becoming educated on the truths about health. For me it is an easy decision because it makes no sense to inject these well-known neurotoxins into my body to protect me from anything. But you may feel it is worth it. I honor that. But I have to speak my own truth when I am asked. I learned this lesson from the death of my mom sadly. I respect your choice, but want the freedom to make my own choice. Just know that when it is you that is the one injured, then it hits home & you uncover all the lies in the corrupt vaccination industry. Believe me, there is no agency out there working to protect us. Don’t believe that for one-second. Learn to take care of your own health & treatment & learn to make your own wise decisions for your own health… remember always….Knowledge is power & health is freedom!
